• World Book Day

  To celebrate World Book Day, the children were invited to dress as their favourite book character and bring their favourite book into school.

   

  The children all looked absolutely fantastic! Thank you to all parents and children for making such a wonderful effort to celebrate our children’s favourite characters, authors and stories #proud #readingforpleasure

   

   

   

  

• Macmillan Coffee Afternoon

  Our PTA organised a lovely Macmillan Coffee Afternoon today, where parents, PTA and children all supported and contributed. 

   

  Our children performed two lovely songs to accompany the cakes and coffees!

• Fair Aware

  I am extremely proud of our Years 5 and 6 who have achieved not 1 but 2 Fairtrade awards! The children have received their Fair Aware award for learning all about Fair Trade and forming an action plan. They have recently been awarded their Fair Achiever award which involved creating a Fairtrade cafe which they invited Parents too and they are in the process of developing a Fairtrade tuck shop in school. Well done everyone!
