Croeso i Dosbarth Traeth, 

Here is some general information- F.A.Qs

In our class we have children aged from 3 to 6. (early entitlement to year 1)

The doors are opened at 8.45 am and closed at 9.00 am (if you arrive later then 9.00 am- please go via the main entrance/office)

The nursery session finishes at 11.30 am.

Our PE and Forest school day is Friday. We encourage children to come dressed for the weather. 

We also take part in Yoga sessions during the week, but there is no need to supply any additional clothing for this.

Children have access to milk and water throughout the day, please send your child into school with a water bottle and a healthy snack.

(Fruit or vegetables). Please make the staff aware of any allergies or intollerences. 

Children are encouraged to change their reading books when they have finished each book. Please make sure book bags are brought to school everyday.

School uniforms can be very expensive so please make sure each item is labelled with your child's name. A uniform exchange can be found in the foyer, just help yourself if you need anything. 

I'll apologise now... your child will be very active in the outdoors, paint and glue so they will get messy. This is an important part of learning so if you run out of a clean uniform either-

• send them in with messy clothes.
• don't worry and just wash them at the end of the week.
• wear clothes that you don't mind getting marked.
